WHO WE ARE

Located in the City of Mustang, with a population of approximately 24,000, Crystal Springs is a small neighborhood community of 116 homes situated along Clear Springs Road, with a secondary entrance off 59th Street. With its distinctive tree and boulder entrance feature, Crystal Springs was developed in 2018, with most home construction completed by 2020. Custom home builders such as Legacy Homes, Urban Nest and I Homes, to name a few, constructed three- and four- bedroom homes, many featuring  spacious layouts and two- or three-car garages.

A mix of young professionals, retirees, and families with school-aged children call Crystal Springs home. We are just minutes from Interstate 40, providing a minimal commute to Downtown Oklahoma City. Will Rogers International Airport is about 10 miles to the east and cheering on the Oklahoma City Thunder is an easy 25-minute drive.

Closer to home, residents enjoy a variety of everyday conveniences — including dining, shopping, healthcare, and houses of worship. Mustang is widely recognized for its quality of life and strong sense of community. Mustang Public Schools is a highly rated district and one of the premier public school systems in the state, making the area especially attractive to families.

Crystal Springs offers a playground and basketball court for its residents. Beyond Crystal Springs, the City of Mustang offers nine parks with soccer, baseball, and softball fields, disc golf, and a modern recreation center complete with an indoor walking track, weight room, fitness classes, and more. The Mustang Public Library, Conference Center, and Senior Center are also conveniently housed within the Mustang Town Center complex.

Crystal Springs combines small-neighborhood charm with big-city accessibility — a place where neighbors feel at home and  community truly matters.

Meet the Board of Directors

An HOA can only function effectively when dedicated homeowners are willing to serve. Our Association is operated by a volunteer Board of Directors who serve on behalf of the membership to manage the Association’s business in accordance with the governing documents and applicable laws.
